Star Seller Rating affected by messages and dispatch&tracking

Hi, so a couple of my orders are still marked as pre-transit due to the couriers updating the tracking numbers but I manually sent them to the customer and the orders were delivered on time. However, the orders have been delivered and the pre-transit affects my dispatch percentage. Is there a way to fix this to get my % back up for star seller.

I also got a spam message which I marked as spam but Etsy already counted it as a dent on my message response rate. Can this be rectified?

@SJLuxuries  , What I do when a package shows pre transit after it's been at the post office for a couple days is, I go to the USPS website and enter the tracking number and get updates for it. This usually gets the tracking updated and things moving. It will update on etsy then too. It has worked doing this most of the time. Worth a try for next time.

I know that the phone support and live chat support folks tell you to post here for help but it's just us sellers here. The live chat and phone call back support people are just a call center folks. They are very very limited in the issues they can help with and pretty much just repeat what's in the help center articles. Unfortunately the Help Center article says the same incorrect thing- to post here.

it says "Etsy Support can’t make changes to your Star Seller data or manually award Star Seller badges. If you think your Star Seller score was calculated incorrectly, you can let us know in the Technical Issues forum."

But they changed this to a peer to peer support forum a few years ago so it's just us sellers here sadly. Occasionally an admin will pop in if there is a major issue going on but generally it's just us sellers. If you need more help from etsy support you will need to contact them again but this time use the email option. That is the only one that will get you to an actual etsy employee vs the call center folks. Keep in mind that they are unlikely to make any changes to star seller bits as they say in the help center article I quoted above so don't be surprised if they don't change anything.

I spent over an hour with a chat agent last night because of this same issue. I currently have 4 orders that are marked as “pre-transit” that have not updated despite the attached tracking numbers showing that they were shipped on time AND already received by the customer. 
because if this I won’t be receiving my star seller badge for April. The Chat agent, Laine, said it would be forwarded to a tech agent to discern the problem, but I have little faith that this will actually happen…
