I've had 2 orders delivered in the past 6 days that were still posted as pre-transit! I notified Etsy about the first one via chat (when I finally got that far in the goofy que for help!) and the Etsy rep marked the order as delivered but it affected my star seller stats. He said no worries, that it will be fixed within 24 hrs. Still nothing. NOW, it happened again yesterday with a different order, I contacted Etsy and was blown off by them saying that they're having technical difficulties and that my problem will be added to the rest of them! No resolution yet and I've seen others reporting similar difficulties with consequences to their star seller status.
Esty administrators: What on earth are you doing to correct this problem and how long is this going to take???

There's plenty of recent posts on this similar to yours. An announcement by etsy staff says the shipping team is working on it. I put in a ticket a couple days ago and support wanted all of the order numbers in pre-transit, but there are too many so she asked for one order number. I don't recall the order number I gave her so I can't check to see if it says in transit. Hopefully this glitch gets fixed soon, keeping fingers crossed. It didn't affect my SS status. But for those who worked so hard to achieve SS and now this, is really frustrating.

I used chat and they changed the status to delivered and forwarded the request to somewhere else to get the no-tracking ding removed.
And this morning the ding had been removed and my tracking is back to 100%. Yippee Skippee
Chat support was able to fix the pre transit orders (I copy/pasted the numbers in chat), BUT I'm not looking at my Star Seller stats to see if the shipping percentage dropped. I don't want to know!
Did you see the post when you came into the tech forum? They are working on it.

I have way more than 2 orders that have (mostly) been delivered or are near it and still show pre-transit. I keep hoping they fix the link before having to have all of them updated and corrected. I want my buyers to have the current information but also cover myself in case someone nefarious would catch wind of this error to use it in their favor of bots refunding. When did everything get so difficult? : (
