Star Seller Qualification - Processing Time not calculating properly

I have seen an issue with my star seller eligibility. It is showing me missing my processing time but I have not had any orders dispatched late.

This is putting me under the 95% for my star seller eligibility.

I have downloaded my order history and all orders show they had processing time & dispatched on time.

 

Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.

Looks like the no processing time glitch is back.

Try contacting etsy (i know that's almost an impossibility), but they need to know that this bug is back.

Remember the last time this happened.  I don't think Etsy ever admitted it was a glitch.

The fact that it's IMPOSSIBLE to publish a listing without the processing time was never handled properly.

I don't ship later either. Wondered why it has me below the average.

@BlueBirdRetro: "Wondered why it has me below the average" You need to check the applicable CSV file from your Star Seller page to see what Etsy thinks is late or otherwise has something wrong with it. In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. Keep in mind that dates / times are in UTC (not your time zone) and an order may not be included until after the scheduled ship by date.

I've spoken to 3 Etsy Support people about this today, and it's been infuriating. They keep telling me to post in this forum, so I doubt they are passing it on. They give you the fob off, and move on. I told the last person to pass it on to the Technical support team and if they don't, I will say they fobbed me off in their feedback. We'll see if they pass it on.

I've been posting up my angst and the lovely forum people keep deleting my posts.
