Star Seller Processing time

Hello,

I am reporting a problem with the Star Seller. I got a ding on not having a processing time on one of my listings. This listing is one of my best selling listings, it has a processing time of 1-5 business days. I sold the item on Nov 14, 2023 and shipped it on Nov 15, 2023. When I downloaded the star seller information to figure out which order it was it says I did not ship it on time because it does not show a ship by date. Please look into this problem glitch so that it does not effect peoples star seller rating.

Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).
