Star Seller Percentage is incorrect

Hello!

My star seller stats for March show that I missed tracking on an order. I checked the order and sure enough, there is tracking on the order as I expected. It shows as in pre-transit with zero updates. I clicked on the tracking number on the order and it shows that it was delivered on February 29th. How can I fix this? It put me at 97% for shipping on time. This issue appears to be on Etsy's end.

The order received tracking the same day it was shipped. IThe package was dropped off and accepted at the post office two hours after. Everything shipped on time. It's just the order itself is not showing any updates after the label was printed. USPS's website shows Point A to Point B with everything in between. Considering this was delivered, it should not still show as in pre-transit on the order.

Very disheartening since this dropped me from 100% down to 97% when it isn't even an error created on my end.

If it was shipped on the last day or two of the month, but wasn't actually due to ship till the following month, Etsy rolls it over to the next month so as not to unfairly penalise sellers before the last ship by date.

The due to ship date was on February 26th. The main problem is that the tracking part on the order itself still shows as “pre-transit”. It never switched to in transit or delivered.  It was delivered on February 29th. USPS shows every scan from acceptance to being delivered. The order doesn’t reflect this.

Looking at your shop-- You DO have your star seller badge for this month.- so am not too sure what this rant is about?? If your download from the star seller page shows an error-- you need to take it up with Etsy-- this forum is just other sellers.. we can't fix your issue,

Etsy Support can't make changes to your Star Seller data or manually award Star Seller badges. If you think your Star Seller score was calculated incorrectly, you can let us know in the Technical Issues forum.”

This is what shows on their star seller info page. So this is what I did, I posted in the technical issues section on the forum.

@CloverandKitten: Etsy has been very clear that they will not manually adjust Star Seller stats - but they have been able, in some cases, to correct the underlying data and then the Star Seller stats auto update (but not retroactively).

ich habe genau das gleiche Problem zum gleichen Datum erlebt, Ende Februar, Versand sogar noch vor Fälligkeit, wie immer mit Tracking DHL, versichertes Paket, überpünktlich, xx-Chats with an Expert, no solution....The same answer like you: "Etsy Support can't make changes to your Star Seller data or manually award Star Seller badges. If you think your Star Seller score was calculated incorrectly, you can let us know in the Technical Issues forum.”

NO Tracking, status "pre-transit" but really successfully delivered earlier than due...

Ca. 1400€, 7 Bestellungen, alle Mails answers about 15 min., ...Tracking Rate about this issue 86% instead 100% - This is incorrect!!!

it doesn't matter if it shoes pre-transit for star seller

you just need the valid tracking number and courier entered in time.

I have entered the correct tracking number to the correct time for the correct order by the correct carrier...but star seller status is incorrectly.

does the csv say it's an invalid number, or shipped late ?

have you put the number in correctly, no leading or trailing spaces

are 0 and O put in correctly?

is the shipper one that aftership recognises? -

did it change to a different shipper after you entered it?

did you put the tracking number in the same time you marked as dispatched, and not later?

.......

We have a class of post that only has proof of delivery, so is only scanned then, it is not scanned any other time, and they all count for star seller, even if they miss the delivery scan, and therefore no scan at all, anywhere

It happened to me too I was on target yesterday and on time for dispatch etc then suddenly I’m down a percentage and that’s wrong what can be done about this?

Nothing can be done, for this month

you can download the CSV, to see what etsy thinks isn't right,

you may be able to fix it for next month, depending on the reason

I have exactly the same problem. 9 orders are indicated in pre-transit as they arrived. For the first time I lost my star seller badge because of an Etsy bug

for star seller, it only has to be a valid number, valid company, and entered in time

it does not matter if it says pre transit

I have multiple listings that have tracking, all scanned through, but Etsy has them marked as "NO" on the "tracking number" box on the spreadsheet. I shake my head ...
