Hi, I'm trying to understand how the sales order amounts are calculated as for my target of $300 minimum 5 orders to try and reach Star Seller eligibility. From Nov 1st 2024 to Jan 31st 2025 (current 3 month period) I did 8 sales totalling $333.53 but your report states 8 at only $275.02? Why is this? The amounts do not include any postage etc so why the difference. Appreciate your response, thankyou.
The star for the current period will not be awarded until Feb. Sorry, misread.
The $$ amount does not include shipping, any taxes the buyer paid or any refund/cancellations. You need to contact Etsy directly, it's just your fellow sellers here.
