Star Seller Order Count Is 'Pending' Even Though I have More Than 5 Orders

On the Star Seller Dashboard, the 'Orders' count is still labelled as 'Pending' and 'Not there yet' even though I have over 5 eligible orders. It says 'It may take up to 24 hours for info to update.' however, I have over 5 orders for a while now and this label has not changed the whole month.

When does this update?

Is there a technical issue here?

Will this update before the next month count restarts?

@MegaScrunchieByD: Remember that the qualifications (minimum sales volume, minimum orders, etc) for the December Star only include September, October, and November. Orders also seem to count based on the scheduled ship by date.

@MegaScrunchieByD Are you aware that your shop needs to be open for at least 90 days after your first sale before you will be eligible for the program? It looks like you may not have been open that long. The "pending" notation may have something to do with that. The rules are on your SS Dashboard and in Help Center.

Firstly, a Shop must have been open of a minimum of 90 Days as the metrics are based on  the immediate, past 3 Months performance. If you are new, this may be your explanation

Secondly, to qualify for any of the three Mini Badges and, then the SSP Badge, you must first have Orders over USD $ 300.00 in Total (not including Shipping and Taxes) AND a minimum of 5 Orders in the immediate, past 3 Months. It is not one or  the other, it is both.

Looking at your prices it is possible that your 3 Month Orders revenue is under the required USD $ 300.00
