Star Seller - On time dispatch and tracking

My stats for star seller are showing a decrease in %, and when i looked at the breakdown it said, 1 parcel was shipped without tracking, when all of my items have tracking info.  Not sure how to rectify it, must be a glitch, but could be a costly glitch. I would like to see it corrected.  Anyone else having this problem?

@ChopaTribe - You are in the UK. It is a known issue that Etsy has problems with Royal Mail. The service Etsy has contracted with (Aftership) apparently does not link to Royal Mail &/or certain services of Royal Mail.

I believe this has been a issue frequently posted on here in the forums & it would seem that there is no rush to correct the problem. To get the order(s) corrected, you will need to contact Etsy. Send them the order numbers, tracking info., etc. Then you will need to hope that someone does act on your help ticket.
