Star Seller - On time dispatch and tracking

Our Star Seller rating has gone down for on time dispatch and tracking - we have achieved the full star seller for the last 2 months and now we have no possibility of achieving it because of a fault of Etsy's for not accepting our courier and the couriers tracking codes. As explained to an Etsy chat agent, none of Etsy's recommended couriers will accept our items due to the size and weight of them. We are a handmade furniture company so all of our items are quite large. They have pointed us in the direction of this forum. Hoping someone can shed some light on what we can do, as this seems unfair for our score to have gone down because of this.

To be honest, there are no true benefits to have the badge at this point. As long as you maintain the other 2 (messaging and reviews average), buyers will see that in your shop.

Etsy chat seems to like sending people to the forums when they cannot help them. We are just other sellers here and unfortunately cannot help you with this situation. I know it is frustrating to not be eligible for Star Seller. I am sure it does seem unfair to have a program that does not allow certain groups to participate.
