Response to customer message within 24 hours

My messages on my business Acc was combined with my personal account messages. It lower my response rate. Can someone help to solved this issue?

Many sellers have a buying account separate from their shop account.  The Star Seller bots cannot read our messages, so we must respond to every new message thread in the shop within 24 hours if we want the Star Seller badge for the shop account.

All they look at is whether you responded. It doesn't differentiate as to what kind of message it is. As Fallen Brass states, if you don't want it to affect your SSB, open a separate buyer's account.

Etsy will not manually adjust the scores.

Once you open a shop the entire account becomes your business/shop account. The only way to have a personal and business account separated is to open another account just for personal use and don't open a shop with that account.

Or are you saying you do have 2 different accounts (one for biz and one for personal) and they have somehow merged messages or glitched?
