Star Seller On-Time Shipping and Tracking

I did not make Star Seller for January because Etsy says that my On-Time Shipping and Tracking is only at 80%. (It says, "1 order missing processing time".) However, I went back all the way to June and every one of my orders had tracking and were within the 5 - 7 days, only during week-days, that I have set up for my shop. How do I get someone to double-check the information at Etsy?

You can try contacting Etsy though your Seller Dashboard to get them to check. Or, look for a chat box at the lower right hand of the Dashboard. Be aware that you will most likely not get immediate answers, but have to wait 1 - 2 weeks for a reply, as they will just forward you to an "expert" that can only help via email.

If you do get ahold of them, there is no way for them to retroactively award you the Star.

Download the CSV file to see which order they marked as not shipped on time.  If you make 20 sales a month or less, it only takes one late shipment to fall sort of the goal.  Unfortunately, even if it does turn out to be incorrect, Etsy will not retroactively fix incorrect data.  It can be corrected, but the fix will not apply to last month's data, it just fixes it for next month.

Why this is even a Star Seller metric is another matter as one cannot publish a listing without a processing time. Based on our own experience and other posts about it, I do not believe that Etsy has ever corrected the underlying data in this situation so that the stats could auto update.
