Star Seller Not Updating

Ever since I missed a message, none of my messages are updating in my message rate. It stays the same, saying I've had 13 total messages, and never changes even after I've responded to new messages. I showed proof of this to a support person and they said there is no issue. When there is, and there's proof.

While their comment was technically off topic, since you are so concerned with the star seller you should be aware that if once you get caught with IP infringing items in your shop, you can not only lose the star seller badge, but it can be permanently removed, as in you can never get it again. So if you care about the star, which based on this post it appears you do, you should be aware that if you get caught not following the rules you can lose it forever. This is in reference to anything you don't have legal licensing to sell and would be considered selling counterfeit goods - a few examples are Taylor Swift, Hello Kitty, Twilight

In answer to the What?

Twilight, Bella, Taylor, Barbie and Hello Kitty.  All on the 1st page.  Those are all infringing and counterfeit items.  They can get your shop shut down faster than you can say Taylor Swift Tour.

You are not being helpful whatsoever. This has nothing to do with my original question. If you'll notice, all my items are INSPIRED by those things. They do not SAY Twilight or Barbie on them. There are thousands of shops out there that are star sellers that actually do use trademarked content IN their listings so please leave me alone about it. If you can't be helpful to my question, don't reply.

@evermorerain: The Star Seller metric is NOT all new messages but only the first message of all new incoming threads. Also a new thread is not counted until after the 24 hour reply window has passed regardless of when you answered and the stat updates are not real time.

I am aware, and I’ve been getting new messages and waited 48 hours and it hasn’t updated in weeks. Support claims there’s no issue but I gave them proof there is
