Repeated Buyer - Very annoying to have to search by name to see previous order!

Hi i find it super annoying that if theres a repeated buyer, i have to go and search for the name of the buyer to find a previous order of them! We need this information since we always include a special gift and we have to know how many times the buyer ordered and what.

It would be so good to see this at the new order screen! What you guys think?

Just go to the new order - click on their name and all their previous orders show up.

Yep - just click on their name and choose 'order history'. 

It shows you their past orders as well as any reviews they have left.

@BTONZ: The previous advice is very good except in two situations - a repeat buyer who purchases as a "Guest", or a repeat buyer who purchases using a different account. Then it is up to your own records to know that they are a repeat customer.
