Star Seller - Missing Tracking Info

Hey there, I lost my star seller badge because a few of my packages did not include tracking info. My customers CHOSE to not have tracking because it was too expensive. 

For some of the orders, upgrading their shipment to include tracking would've cost $50. Usually I would upgrade the shipping to include it myself if my customer did not choose to buy that is simply too much, which I assume is why the customer did not want it as well. 

Is there a way to correct this issue? It is really no fault of my own and not even a problem yet my profile gets demoted for it.

The information about this is in the star seller program.  All orders over $15 CAD must have tracking.   If you decide not to use tracking then you will not get the star seller badge.  

As long as your customer service meets what Etsy requires I would suggest not worrying about it.  

You have free shipping.  You can choose to include part of tracking expense in the item and the rest ask the buyer to purchase.  Or you can raise the cost of the item to include shipping at a reasonable cost and then pay the rest when needed out of profit or fund kept for such purchases,
