Star Seller Metrics Incorrectly Calculated

Hello everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue with the Star Seller badge metrics on my shop. Based on my understanding, I’ve met all the required criteria, but my shop was still not awarded the badge. Here are my metrics:

• Message Response Rate: 100% (exceeding the 95% target within 24 hours)
• Average Review Rating: 5 stars (target: 4.8 or higher)
• Open Cases: None
• Order and Sales Volume: Over $300 and more than 5 orders in the last three months
• Shop Age: Over 90 days since my first sale

Despite meeting these requirements, I didn’t qualify for the Star Seller badge.  Has anyone else encountered this issue, or does anyone have insights into how these metrics are calculated? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

was your first sale before 1st August?

it's not when you opened, it's when you had your first sale

etsy defaults to "current review period"

have you looked at the stats from "PREVIOUS" review period

I recently checked the dates for my shop's first sale and confirmed that it was actually on August 4th, sorry for confusion. I wanted to clarify if, with this start date and my current shop metrics, I’ll be eligible to receive the Star Seller badge next month.

Etsy will do the calculation on 1st December, and if all your stats are still OK, you will get the badges and star seller
