Hey team,
I noticed that I missed out on 'Star Seller' on the last review period due to the Message Response Rate.
It's noted down that 1 out of 8 messages were replied after 24 hours but the account that the message it's pertaining to, had sent 2 messages.
The accounts main message was replied to within 24 hours but another message thread had appeared through a 'Help Request'.
Is there a way that Help Requests can be added into 1 message thread per account?
Apologies if this isn't something that can be done.
Regards,

@BacklashJewellery: Help Requests always start a new thread because they also start the clock ticking on a potential claim. Probably almost everyone on this forum can sympathize with you but as it says right on your Star Seller page, you always need to reply to the FIRST message of every NEW INCOMING THREAD.
For many of us, combining (most) messages into a single thread is already causing more problems and effort than replying to the new thread ever was. It is already way too easy to miss that you were sent multiple messages from the same account if they have been combined into a single thread.
If the unanswered message is not a Help Request, at least for the time being, it appears that marking an unanswered message as SPAM (even after the 24 hour deadline has passed) will cause your reply percentage to change in a day or two if the original message was within the current star seller period. Note that subsequent messages from that account may go directly to the SPAM folder.
All new messages have to be replied to, even if there are 2 or more messages from the same person. This is how it's always been. Either spam the messages you don't reply to or turn on auto reply so all messages get responded to.
