Items sold still showing as active

I sold 5 pieces today in one order.  Three of the items show as sold, the other two show as active.  And people are reaching out about one of the sold items.  Has anyone else has this problem?

@MiSELLaneousTreasure  - Is it possible when you listed the items, you indicated you had more than one available? If so, then Etsy would renew the listing.

But on the glitch side, from time to time shop owners post that suddenly something they sold, at times years ago, suddenly reappears in their shop. 

If the item is still for some reason active, and Etsy did include the sale amount in the order & your payment account, the only thing I can suggest is deactivate the listing so it can't be purchased.
