I answer all my messages within 24 hours and yet no credit for them. I have downloaded message history and I know I have answered the no's . I looked them up and one the customers thanks me for the quick response, yet is saying I did not answer all. Grrrr This has gone on for 2 months now.
That is frustrating. Have you contacted etsy support?
Whenever I have a problem I send screen shots of the proof to ETSY by their email contact address. This seems to work very well to show them they are in the wrong. I suggest you do the same with your message replies. Hope that helps..
are you messaging from the app? other forums threads suggest it's not counting messages sent through the app.
try to use a browser instead.
@CappuccinoLace - I almost always reply to messages using the app and they have all counted.
Maybe they were using outdated versions then.
