We've double-checked your Star Seller and we can confirm that the Message Response Rate are up to date. We suggest that you double-check the information on the Current Review Period and not on the Last Review Period. You can download the CSV by going to your Shop Manager > dashboard > Star Seller dashboard page > select Current review period > click the Message response rate tile > click the Export link called "Download Message History"

the tracker for where I am this month has not tracked any of the conversations since before 10/30! But the file I download shows more.
the stars you have now, are the ones you earned up to end October, and will not change until the end of the month
anything you earn this month, will be counted for the 1st Dec badges
No it used to show progress for the next month, it isn't doing that even now.
when I slick star seller, I have the choice to click on
last review period
or
current review period
the choice is under the badges showing what badges were earned - above the percentages
December progress is not updating ... Since 11/1 but I have had 6 mew conversations.
are they new threads, or replies to other threads?
