I did not earn star seller this month because of one message I received from another seller after placing a personal order. This is the only message I can find that I 'did not reply to in 24 hours'. Didn't realize this would ruin my score for a message that didn't need to be replied to. Is there any way to fix this or send in for review?
There is nothing to fix. When you made that purchase on your seller account it became related to you as a seller.
All messages have required a response or a spam since 2021.

Sorry to hear that happened to you. Maybe in the future, if you still want to use your seller account to purchase, an auto-responder will take care of those messages that you think you don't need to respond to.
Or you can set up a buyer only account and use that so purchases don't negatively affect your SS ratings.
I think a great deal of shops have been stung by this one but the good news it typically only happens once. Small consolation but depending on how many messages you receive in a month, you could get it back next month.

As it says right on your Star Seller page and elsewhere, you need to reply to the FIRST message of EVERY NEW INCOMING THREAD within 24 hours. It does not matter who sent it, the subject matter, if it is a duplicate or blank or anything else. If it is SPAM then it should be marked as such.
The Star Seller metric for messages is very simplistic and binary - either you replied to (or marked as SPAM) that first message of a new incoming thread within 24 hours or you did not.
