I am the Owner of Mr. Hyde's Wicked Designs. When I first started Etsy I mad a mistake on several packages I shipped. I had five orders with bad shipping. Ever since then I have been super careful with every order I ship to make sure they have accurate tracking info. I had two order at the end of the month from the same customer within 24 hours, so I shipped both t-shirts in the same box and shipped them together. I entered the same tracking info for both items, because they were separate orders that I sent together, because they were going to the same person. I believe that is why I got hit with 1 bad shipping order. I would not care but it left me at 93% shipping when all I needed was 95% shipping to become a Star Seller, and I hustled my but off last month to reach Star Seller. I know if you would not have hit me for that 1 order I would have made it. I promise you everything was shipped on time with tracking numbers, so it is a little frustrating. If their is anything that can be done to address this it would be great. Thank you for providing a way for me to address this issue. Sincerely yours Eric
You have many more problems in your shop other than mailing
@MrHydesWickedDesigns: "I believe that is why I got hit with 1 bad shipping order." You need to check the applicable CSV file on your Star Seller page (last review period for April star) to see what Etsy thinks is late or otherwise has something wrong with it. In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. Remember that Star Seller dates / times are in UTC not your time zone.
"I entered the same tracking info for both items" That is absolutely the correct way to handle multiple orders going as one shipment.
As an aside, you need to include the licensing information for all of the trademarked and copyrighted names and images in your shop in your listing, otherwise buyers (and Etsy) may conclude they are counterfeits. And a buyer could file a not as described case against you and both get their money back and keep the item. Including the licensing information will show that you are not selling those items illegally or in violation of Etsy rules.
Also be sure to review Etsy's policies on using children (even AI) as models.
