Star Seller Message Progress Not Changing

Hi,

My star seller progress for messaging appears to be stuck - at the beginning of the month, I was at 94%; 49 out of 52 messages answered within 24 hours. I've gotten dozens of messages since then - I counted and I have over 100 inquiries that were made in the current eligibility window - but no matter how many new ones I get, it ALWAYS says I only have 49/52 responded on time. I got multiple new messages this week, even, and still the count didn't go up 1. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

I don’t think it updates daily.  It may takes several days for the stats to change in my experience.

this has been like this for 3 weeks now though, not "several days", unfortunately

I just posted about this too today! Mine won’t move past 33% no matter how many new messages I respond to. I’ve waited 48+ hours now and my funds go up but the messages don’t budge.

Oh and I should add, apparently for some reason the only way to contact Etsy about this is to... post it here? But no one is helping still lol

We've double-checked the messages you've received, and we can confirm that your Message Response Rate is up to date. Please remember that only the messages initiated by other Etsy Member will be considered on your Star Seller. Your response rate shows the percentage of initial messages which you have replied to within 24 hours in your current 3-month evaluation period—just the first message, not ongoing conversations.

I believe this updates on the 1st of the month. It is taken from 3 months of data, INCLUDING the month we're in. So for example, today is 26th April. So my 3 months are using data from February, March and April.

If your 'missed' responses were from February, they will fall off the record on May 1st. Then I am judged on March, April and May.

Remember, if you miss ONE reply within 24 hours, you will need 19 more NEW conversations, all replied to within 24 hours, to get you back to 19/20 (ie. 95%). Replying to the same few people over and over does not count towards these 19 new responses.
