Account suspension

My account got suspended for not completing tax info. I provided what was required and the message at the top of the page said they would check my information and get back to me in an hour. It has been several days and I have not heard anything and I cannot do anything in my account. I need to ship something to sweeden several days ago and I am going to have to pay for it out of pocket. What is going on, how come no one will respond or answer anthing about this at all?

I guess it just took a few days longer than expected. I will update with other issues if they come up. Thanks for the reply.

@HopeandprayDesign If the buyer has paid, you need to ship if the money is in your shop payment account. When you get this problem sorted, that shipping money will be there for you and transferred as it should. I notice you don't have any payment options in your shop. Hopefully that's just while Etsy sorts your info out. It can be the first step in closing a shop.
