Star Seller Issue

Hello, I have everything in the Star Seller section. But even though there are 18 items in the "Orders" section, I encounter the "not there yet" warning. How can I be fixed? I'm waiting for your help. Thank you from now.

Must be the $ minimum.

As @NanaLetha said, or in the last 90 days you did not sell at least 10 of those 18 sold items.

It hasn't been 90 days since I opened my shop. The minimum number of orders to become a Star Seller is 5. I have 18 sales. It says the number of orders is not enough.

It shows as "Pending".

@AgataAlessa  you must have the minumum of 5 and the $300 both.  It's not one or the other.

Also if you are not over 90 days by August 1, you will need to wait another month.  You have to have 3 months in.

@AgataAlessa This is a seller peer to peer forum, not a way to contact Etsy if that is your hope. There are many many threads on this forum about the Star Seller program that may answer your questions. Is the "not there" message on your Star Seller page? If so, and assuming that you meet all of the other criteria then your not eligible for the for star until August 1st. Besides the reselling issue (your shoes can be found all over the internet and in multiple shops here on etsy) you may not qualify for star seller yet.

You state above "It hasn't been 90 days since I opened my shop."

You do realize that you can't qualify for star seller if it hasn't been 90 days since your first order.

Specifically this bit ...

" In order to be evaluated, you need to have been on Etsy’s platform for 90 days since your first sale and comply with applicable policies, including our Seller Policy and our Terms of Use."

Note the mention of complying with etsy seller policy and terms of use which does specifically say that reselling is not allowed here.
