For the Shipping and Tracking Star Seller status, my shop has it incorrectly calculated. After downloading the order history spread sheet (that notes whether shipping /tracking was provided), 3 orders showed no tracking. When I looked up theses 3 orders, they clearly show under each completed order that they had tracking provided. How can we get this corrected? Thank You
@ItsAllTreasureArt: Probably everyone in this forum can sympathize with you but a quick search would show you the innumerable threads about the exact same issue in this forum. How long ago did you ship? Have the packages been scanned? Make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Often recent shipments are not timely updated. Usually a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status and Star Seller stats auto update.
Were they very recent? The status can show up incorrectly on the CSV for several days.
Have the same problem today, just contacted Chat - they said they'll investigate as possible tech issue. Star Seller rating spread sheet said my last order had no tracking info, yet the tracking info is in the system with the correct tracking number
