Does anyone else have problems navigating the app? I had two orders that I had no idea were there. Got no notifications except from the upset customers . And then I thought they were scammers!! I looked and looked and could not find any orders . Then I downloaded the sellers app ! Lo and behold there are two orders that are totally screwed up cause I had no idea I had them !! Now one was refunded and the other is 8 days over due and I’m out of town ! Soooo frustrated ! Can’t even find away to get ahold of someone from Etsy
Why do you need to get ahold of someone from Etsy? I would suggest canceling and refunding that overdue sale. You can do it from the app (go to "orders & shipping") or use a computer (friend? library?)
We are supposed to get emails for sales, but I only get a fraction of the emails I should be getting. You can't rely on them, get in the habit of checking your shop once a day.
The mobile apps with notifications are accurate, in my experience.
Sorry this happened, but now you know how to avoid this in the future.
By the way, it sounds like you had the Buyer app (orange icon) and no, it won't show your sales. The Sell on Etsy app with the white with orange icon is soon to be discontinued. In favor of the blue Etsy Seller app - which has its limitations in running your shop, for now.
@VintageRescueSquad: A quick search would show lots and lots of threads in this forum about issues with app and eMail notifications. The consensus is that a seller needs to check their shop at least daily via a browser until these issues are resolved.
