Star Seller - Incorrect

We have been a star seller since we opened our store. We were just notified that we did not get it this month. When I went to look why -  it said b/c  of late shipping (which is not correct; we've met all deadlines). We do digital files/delivery and when I've been 'delivering' those - I say there is no tracking b/c it's digital. Those are the ones that have now cost us our Star Seller badge. How do I fix this? This is super frustrating.

We also just had another store copyright our materials - they've also done the same to others and they're just doing AI photos for their listings. I reported them,  yes. But, not being star seller this month is seriously the worst timing for views and buys. This other store is running super low prices, with AI content and will be seen before us  at this point (I'm afraid) because we are now not a star seller. We were just beginning to make sizable income and now all of this...

Etsy doesn't change anything to do with star seller, it is all automated.

You need to go to the Shipping box in Star Seller and download the CSV to see which shipment Etsy deemed was not shipped on time (perhaps you didn't upload the tracking info for one of them?)

It is only a Star Seller badge and there is no evidence that it affects your sales.  You should concentrate solely on your own shop, not what everyone else is doing because comparison is the thief of joy and there will always be someone who sells more than you.  It is their business, not yours - make yours the best you can.

Are you referring to the shop linked to your forum profile (shopsolandluna) because I do not see any digital items in that shop?

I wouldn't worry too much about star seller, not only does it not directly impact your ranking, but during the latest shop page redesign Etsy seems to have demoted it to just a purple star. The customer service badges are no longer visible - at least not on Chrome. I doubt many buyers look for it.
