Star Seller - Incorrect Review Calc

Anyone know who I can contact to review my Star Seller status? I didn't make it in August because of "reviews" but I actually have a perfect 5-star score for last 3 months. It looks like someone accidently left a 2-star review and changed it to 5-star the next day or so. Unfortunately it happened right when the month was ending but it looks like they changed it very soon after. I need someone at Etsy Tech Support to change my status to Star Seller for August.

That stinks but they do not adjust SS data. The end of the month is also sort of hinky as far as where they cut off their data for SS.

If it was 2 and then changed, the first I believe stands, it won't get changed. You can contact Etsy and see, but they don't come here, why they tell sellers to come here is beyond me, as its just your peers.

They won't change it even if you prove them wrong, so save yourself the effort. Etsy doesn't alter SS ratings.

Just an update, I contacted Etsy Help via chat.  They asked for the order number and took a while to look into it. They said to wait 24 hours and that it'll refresh and I'd have my Star Seller back. We'll see! Thanks everyone for their input.

Also the change from the accidental 2-star from 5-star happened just yesterday on 8/1, so I don't know if since it was so recent they're telling me to wait 24 hours or if they actually did anything on their end. Again, we'll see if it actually changes. They said to contact back if it doesn't change.
