Star Seller, Having a perfect score but not showing it????

Until the badge is calculated on the 1st of the month, the stats you see are for you only.

The badges on your shop are what you earned on nov 1st, based on the stats Aug - Oct.

yes, I know all this, but the stats board show me as having a perfect score in all 3 categories.  usually they say, not quite there yet.  so it does not make sense to me to have perfect score and not changing back to star seller.  this has not happened to me before when i have gone up and down,

it is not showing on my main page as star seller, the stats on star seller show it changed to perfect score at the beginning of the month.  changed in one spot but not the other???

You are missing the on time shipping and tracking badge.

yes, I know which badge I am missing, but when I look at the stats board it tells me I have a perfect score.  so it does not make sense?????

It's most likely because you are looking at THIS period's stats  - September to November, NOT August to September (the ones you would have been rewarded the Star for).

The stats change on the 1st of the month to show you the current period stats, which are awarded the following 1st of the month.

It shows you're on track for SS for Dec 1st.

It doesn't change what your Last Review stats were, which determines the badges currently displaying in your shop.

@retrocorrect: Star Seller star and badges are calculated and awarded only on the 1st of the month using data from the previous three month period. What you see on your Star Seller page is for the December 1st star using data from September, October, and November. To see how your current (November 1st) star and badges were calculated go to the previous period tab.
