Star Seller Flaw

I didn’t reply to a message sent to me AS A BUYER. It was a message from another seller that they had to update my shipping time on a pre-order. 

BUT, that one message will keep me from Star Seller for my shop for October by 1% despite my 100% response rate to my buyers. 

This is frustrating.
