I'm trying to get Star seller status to remove a payment reserve. The irony is I should already have it if not for a tracking integration error between my postage company and Etsy. Basically tracking numbers were not being updated on Etsy when the order was dispatched. This was recently fixed but there is a hole in my data with orders with no tracking numbers that did have them.
How can I update these orders with there tracking numbers such that they count as on time for the next star seller review?
It's a rolling 3 months
the star for 1st nov was based on aug-oct
the one you get 1st Dec will be based on sept-nov
@Right3DTerrain: Integrations are nice, but you still need to make sure that they have occurred as you expected. A lot depends on if the orders are showing as missing tracking or as shipped late. If it too late to edit the tracking information, you can try "Add A Package" on the actual order with the correct tracking information - that might update the order's status.
Will this result in a update being sent to the customer?
I don't want to unnecessarily confuse / hassle my customers. Some of them have already left 5 star reviews.
You can't
if you add a tracking number now, etsy moves the dispatch date to today, so you are still late
When will these orders stop being considered for the star seller then?
Is it time based or last 50 sales?

@Right3DTerrain Yes, if you add a tracking number, the buyer will be notified that the item has shipped.
