My Star Seller hasn't been awarded due to 3 messages not being responded to. The messages all come from a fake "Etsy Support" account. Is there anything that can be done about this?
Try sending them to Spam at this point. Not sure how long after you can do that. Next time do not ignore ANY messages. Send to spam or if on the app just reply No to any message you don't want to respond to.
I'm very sorry you got dinged for this. True, when we are not the Initiator of a Message, we are either supposed to Respond or Mark as Spam (with the bogus Messages, definitely).

ETA: For future, just in case. You may one day receive a Message from another Seller whom you are friendly with ("How's it going"? for example). That still counts as needing a Response or Mark as Spam.

If it is spam you still need to put it in your spam folder or the bot thinks you are just ignoring a message. They don't know itis spam until you put it in your spam folder. If you do it now it should come off you% in a couple days, but if it made you lose the Feb. SS it will not retroactively give it to you.
You have to always mark spam messages as spam.
Just remember you can't do this in the seller app, you can only do it either in a browser or in the buyer app.
