Star Seller Criteria met but status not awarded

Good morning!

Per instructions from the Etsy Help Center, I'm posting here about my status not being awarded Star Seller for August.  It seems like there are some glitches happening...

I met all of the criteria: 100% message response rate, 5.0 star average rating, 100% on-time shipping and tracking, 5+ orders and $300+ sales.

When I went to sleep last night, an order from the day had still not shown up in my Star Seller stats.  I'd already received confirmation of the sale hours earlier.  This morning I woke up to a notice that I did not qualify for August, yet the sale from yesterday was showing in my August stats.

I'm assuming that Etsy has us post here in technical issues instead of contacting customer service because they are reviewing for needed corrections.  I've already seen a few others fixed on here this morning.  Thank you in advance for reviewing and correcting mine also!

The last day of the month never counts because there is no way for them to know if you will answer in 24 hours, or your package will ship on time, so they really can’t give you that badge to count for July.

They counted another order that came in on the 31st less than 2 hours before that one...

You can never count on messages or orders counting in the last couple of days of the month.
