I was looking at the Star Seller criteria earlier and it's incorrect. For shipping it has me at 92% because it says one of my orders doesn't have a tracking number. But it does. When I look at the completed order, it shows the tracking number and when you click on it, it shows that it's out for delivery.
How do I get Etsy to fix this?

No, I use Pirate Ship, but it's linked to Etsy and has always filled in the tracking number when I've purchased a label.
@TheDodoDoodles: Does the actual order show as at least "in transit"?
Have you checked the applicable CSV file on your Star Seller page to confirm what Etsy thinks is wrong with it? In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. Remember that Star Seller dates / times are in UTC not your time zone.
"How do I get Etsy to fix this?" While Etsy has made it clear that they will not manually adjust Star Seller stats, they have been able to get the underlying data corrected (if there is an error) in some cases and then the Star Seller stats auto update (but not retroactively).
Now this is odd. I shipped the order on the 23rd and I checked it on the 24th and it said "In Transit". Now it's saying "pre-transit", but under that it has the USPS tacking number and says shipped on Feb 23.
The CSV says it wasn't shipped on time, but I know I did. The order was placed on the evening of the 22nd and I shipped it on the 23rd.
@TheDodoDoodles You might be able to get Etsy Support to fix it but don't mention Star Seller at all or they will tell you they can't fix it.
I have the same situation. I shipped with PS and manually transfered the tracking number. Yesterday Etsy showed USPS package progress but today show it as pre-transit. I tried to re-enter the tracking number but get a message that the tracking # is already in use for this order. USPS says the package will be delivered today.
Must be a glitch in the Matrix somewhere then. Fingers crossed it sorts itself out.
Check the CSV for the current three month period to see if it is any other besides this one. And did you ship within your processing time frame and have USPS scan it in within your processing time frame? Do you have the clerk use the kiosk or have scheduled delivery scan the item?
I think USPS did a recent upgrade, maintenance and that may be causing some issues.
No other shipment is without tracking. I always ship within the shipment timeframe. I had the clerk at the post office scan it. This is an Etsy error.
I'm having the same issues with Etsy saying one of my orders is missing tracking information when it is not. I have met all my criteria for Star Seller and then today, Etsy is showing me at 90% as far as tracking. It says one of my orders is missing tracking information but they all have tracking information. Mine ship with Printify and they all have USPS tracking numbers attached to them in my Etsy Order/Shipping area as well.
