Unable to see seller's reply

Hello,

I placed an order for an item in late January. The package was scheduled to arrive between the end of January and February 14th. Around February 20, I hadn't received anything. I contacted the seller, and asked for a refund. The seller seemed to have replied (I received a notification the day after), but when I opened the conversation, there was only my own message - still, in my inbox, it said that the conversation had been updated. I tried switching to another internet browser, logging in from my tablet - nothing works. So as of today, still no package, and still no way to actually see what the seller added to the convo. I'm unsure of what to do. Does anyone has ever experienced something similar? How should I proceed? Thanks for reading!

Edit: apologies, forgot to add - when I contacted the seller, I saw that they had stopped selling and that their profile page was inaccessible. Clicking on their name sent me to a 'Uh Oh! This member does not exist' page.

I would open a case with Etsy.

Thank you for your reply! I think it would be for the best, as I can't seem to resolve the issue with the seller.
