There's a bug with Star Seller Badges being removed since the new Customer Service Stats came into effect at the start of October.
I've had my Star Seller badge for around 4 months and ALL my stats for the previous period remain above the minimum requirements for Star seller.
However, I noticed that I no longer have the badge since the start of Oct.
I downloaded the .csv files which show 100% on messages and 100% on shipping times and my average review score for the period is 4.9.
I have already raised this issue on the Support chat, but I'm desperate to get this resolved, especially as it's the start of Q4.
Can somebody please look into this as a matter of urgency as I'm sure I'm not the only seller affected.
Thanks,
Chris
Did you change your currency? That resets the sales portion.
Did you have any cases? Those are now taken into consideration.
@SuchAndFive changing your currency resets all the stats.
You have no badges which means you did not meet the $300 requirement.
My sales are above $300, so that's not the reason
IP infringing political items?
Mock-ups in thumbnails?
No shop policies?
None of the above. It does say on my Customer Service page that I can get star seller if I make more sales, but it says you only need 5 and I had 65 for the previous period, so I'm not sure it's calculating my sales correctly
Kamala AND Taylor Swift?
Let's think logically. If you meet all the statistical requirements (5 sales, $300, 100% on messages and shipping, 4.9 in reviews), then there must be something else.
@SuchAndFive Look at your customer service stats and see what it says there.
They are all above the minimum requirements for the previous period

I have to agree with you. It has glitches and bugs for some of us sellers. I have had 5 messages and have responded to every single one of them. However my message rate has 2 dashes which means I have no messages to calculate. I know I have not made 300 in sales so I should get it but I know it has glitches.

Is there anything I can do to reverse it?
She says she's in the U.S. Why would she change currency?
You should just be honest about where you are at. Your location should be where you are, not where your production partners are.
@SuchAndFive why did you change your currency? Your shop location says United States - is that true?
First fix your shop location.
My store location is US because all of my Print on Demand items ship from the US. However, I'm located in the UK, and my currency was originally set in £.
This was confusing things with my revenue and profit, so I decided to change the currency to US dollar.
@SuchAndFive You location should be where you are located not where your POD companies are located!
Surely it makes more sense to have my shop location set to the US when everything ships from the US and 90% of my sales are in the US.

@SuchAndFive Honesty is much more important. And since you are in the UK, you do not have legal shop policies.
I wasn't doing it to purposely be dishonest - which seems to be what people are accusing me of on here.
If I set my store location to the UK, will it not say 'Ships from UK' on all my items? (which isn't true)
@SuchAndFive: When setting up an Etsy shop, you should use your actual business location. There have been reports that listing your shop in a different country than where you live could result in permanent suspension. Shipping profiles allow you to to set where a specific item ships from.
