Star Seller Badges

For the past two review periods I have reached 100% in three categories: Speedy Replies, Rave Reviews, and Smooth Shipping. The only category I have not met is the minimum sales dollar amount. Even though I show a 100% and that I have met all the criteria that would award me the three badges I have not received them and they do not display on my site. I am not sure why I am not getting these when it shows that I should on the statistics page.  Can you please help explain why I am not receiving these and why they are not displaying on my site even though I have clearly met the criteria set.

The first 2 Metrics which MUST be met are Sales of USD $ 300.00 and 5 Orders in the immediate past 3 Months.

Once these 2 criteria are met, you will then be awarded one, two or three Customer Service Badges (Shipping/Messaging/Reviews)

If you receive all 3 Customer Service Badges, you are then awarded the Star Seller Badge

To see why you did not get a SSP Badge (or any individual Customer Service Badges)  on 01 Oct, you have to look at Past Review Period on the SSP Page.

The stats on the SSP Page for Current Review Period show your progress towards the SSP Badge to be awarded 01 November

You have to hit the minimum sales and dollar amount before you can get any badges.

Thank you! I thought the min dollar amount met was only going towards the final star seller badge not the other badges as well.
