I met the requirements for each star seller target in the previous review period and it has yet to update/reflect on my account yet. I understand it updates every 24 hours, but it's already the 4th and nothing has changed on my end.

If you don't have it by now, you won't have it this month.

Check your stats for LAST PERIOD, including the 3 month minimum and $300 minimum.

Remember, the last few days may fall off of that calculation.

Note also that your badges may be permanently removed for things like Intellectual Property Infringement reports.

Yes my stats for last period all met the requirements AND I made more than 5 sales totaling over the $300 minimum

You have no badges showing at all, that suggests that perhaps you didn't reach the minimum sales requirements (at least 5 sales and $300 total sales value in the review period).  If you don't make those goals, you don't get any badges at all.  

You also need to know that for the on time shipping badge, Etsy does not count sales until they are past their "Ships by" date, so that you are not prematurely penalised for a sale that isn't due to ship till the following month.  This can mean sales at the very end of the month may roll over to the new month for SS purposes.

I currently have both Smooth Shipping and Rave reviews badges. It has been the Speedy replies one that’s been holding me back, but last period I hit exactly 95% for the 3 months

I'm seeing Dispatch and Reviews badges* but not the Star Seller. Download your message history for the previous period to see which ones were not responded to within 24hrs.

*note: I only see the badges using Chrome (desktop mode) on my tablet. I don't see them at all using Chrome on my desktop mac.

@KaylaEleaseArt -- it is so easy to attain & maintain the SS messaging badge ... simply set up an auto reply message

Yes I know I have one set now, but because I didn’t have one prior it took awhile for the stats to improve to the 95% threshold
