Etsy took my Star Seller Badge away for December claiming that I did not respond to all of my messages in a timely manner. This is untrue. I responded to every single message I received within a couple hours of getting them. Please restore my Star Seller Badge. This is unacceptable, Etsy.

Multiple people are experiencing this error. I've contacted Etsy chat, but got a general answer that 'the team is working on it'
Etsy employees can not, and will not, retroactively adjust Star Seller metrics.
They are automatically run by bots.
If you don't trust Etsy, then set an Auto Reply so it is automatically done for you.

I've been at 100% for messages the last four months but they still don't give me credit for it.
