I lost my Star Seller ranking for my shop on October 1st even though I have met all of the criteria. I tried contacting Etsy through chat and waited for 1 and a half hours for an agent to respond. They apologized for the delay, said they would forward the problem to the site manager and to keep an eye on my inbox for updates and then they were gone. Is anyone else having this issue. I do understand that Etsy is going through changes currently and I am trying to be patient but it is becoming increasingly difficult. I had built my shop to a place where I was having consistent views and sales and then in September views plummeted and sales stopped. I put alot of time and effort into my shop on a daily basis and this is very frustrating.

The obvious question is did you have $300 in sales and 5 sales total in July, August, September?

You have only 4 reviews for that time period; sales of those items add up to $144, so maybe there weren't enough sales to add up to $300.

If that isn't the case and you had sales of $300 or more, then I'm out of ideas.

If you had the $300 and 5 sales, did you look at the CSVs to see if there were any missing tracking or missing messages? 

Check the stats for the preceeding period, not the current one that is seen.
