Buyers Cannot Checkout?

We are receiving multiple warnings from customers tonight that they are unable to checkout?

Is this our store only ? or the entire site? 

Should we be turning off advertising until this is resolved?

I’ve had a customer report tonight that they are trying to buy an item and then get an error message saying ‘hmm something went wrong’

im hoping it’s something that’s fixed soon as I’ve noticed our sales have been massively down

Same here with my shop,its been next to nothing sales all week.I had a few orders overnight so hopefully the issue has started to be resolved.

I'm not sure if this is the same problem or a different one but here is an ongoing thread:

The mod's request is to provide info to Etsy, so that may be the thing to do in an effort to get the issue looked at.

I have had a drop in sales this week but an increase in views and clicks. My google analytics are showing multiple form starts and form submits but no purchases which is unusual. I have chatted with Etsy Support and they say they have checked my shop out and there are no issues with checkout. Everything seems to have changed since Tuesday...which I guess ties in with their planned change in search. Frustrating when I am paying for ads and clicks and can clearly see they are trying to purchase but not successful.
