I have been accurate but for some reason it is saying different ,

@Stoneblown I know that the Help Center advises you to post issues about SSP here but this is a peer-to-peer business discussion forum and most issues cannot be "fixed" here. Sometimes Forum Mods do intervene, but not often.

"Etsy Support can’t make changes to your Star Seller data or manually award Star Seller badges. If you think your Star Seller score was calculated incorrectly, you can let us know in the Technical Issues forum."

It may take several days for the CSV to update so,if your SSP Dashboard is showing what you believe to be incorrect stats, you need to look at the CSVs to see which Orders are affecting your rating. Most of the time the answer is in the CSV Reports

I know that the Help Center article says to post here for star seller issues but it's just us sellers here. Etsy changed this to a peer to peer support forum a couple of years ago. Occasionally an admin will pop in if there is a major issue going on but generally it's just us sellers. If you need more help from etsy support you will need to contact them directly. Keep in mind that they likely will not make any change to your star seller bits as they also say in the Help Center
