Glitch in star seller badge email category? It says I have 92% response rate and it should be 100%. I answer all my emails with in 24 hours. How do I get this changed. Ive tried to contact Etsy but their response did not help with my situation. I would like to talk to someone at Etsy but no luck.
@BlueWaveJewelry Go to your dashboard - click on star seller, then messages. There is a button there download the CSV.
They will not manually change everything. Have you downloaded the CSV to see which ones they say haven't been answered? Do you realize that ALL new messages (including ones from other sellers and spam) count?

What does the CSV for the previous period say?
You may have 100% now, but had 92% for the previous period, which what used to calculate stats for July's badge.
How do I download the CVS report to show which emails were not responded to.
