Wir haben die Nachricht, die Ihren Star-Verkäufer zuvor betraf, noch einmal überprüft und es scheint, dass Ihr Käufer Ihnen mehrere Nachrichten gesendet hat. Aber nur ein Nachrichten-Thread hat eine Antwort erhalten. Bitte beachten Sie, dass Nachrichten von demselben Käufer jetzt in weniger Threads zusammengefasst werden. Wenn sich ein Käufer jedoch über die Anfrage „Hilfe bei der Bestellung“ meldet, wird ein neuer Thread erstellt. Auf diese Art von Nachrichten-Threads muss innerhalb von 24 Stunden geantwortet werden, damit sie positiv zu Ihrer Star-Verkäufer-Punktzahl gezählt werden. Neue Threads haben jetzt Benachrichtigungskennzeichen, die anzeigen, wenn eine Nachricht die erste Kontaktaufnahme eines Käufers mit Ihnen ist, oder eine neue Hilfe zu einer Bestellanfrage.

We've double-checked the message that has affected your Star Seller previously and it appears that your buyer has sent you multiple messages. But only one message thread received a response. Please know that messages from the same buyer will now be consolidated into fewer threads. However, when a buyer reaches out via the Help With Order request, a new thread will be created. These types of message threads need to be responded to in 24 hours to be counted positively toward your Star Seller score. New threads will now have notification badges showing if a message is a buyer’s first time contacting you, or a new help with an order request.
