What was the title of the item that was deactivated? e.g. did it have a word like "Swarovski" - they have implemented restrictions on the use of their name and are protective of their trademark.
It had no brand names, no mentioning of Swarovski etc, just general words like leather bracelet wrap, bracelet for women etc
Are you sure the deactivated listing was not automatically activated without you noticing?
A few years ago I had a listing deactivated, never even took any notice when it appeared in my shop again as I assumed this is how things worked and they activated it again as it was a mistake.
a week later they deactivated it again with the same warnings (even though I never activated it myself)
So now when if they deactivate even if by mistake, I just delete the listing instead of wasting time trying to understand it
I dont know, If it was activated I haven't noticed it. But now they say this is my last warning. This is so unfair and so unprofessional to not accept any proof for th listing, it is a listing that I had for 12 years it sold hundreds, real handmade product..
