Star Seller Badge Problem

I lost my Star Seller Badge this month due to a glitch in the system. My return message status shows a blank even though I have gotten AND returned all my message. I have my shop set up for automatic responses. Could that be a problem? Is there anyone I can contact about this problem?

Are you using temporary auto reply or weekly auto reply?

If temporary auto reply are you resetting the autoreply every 5 days? If not then that may be the issue. Temporary auto-reply can only be set for max of 5 days.

There are two different types of auto-replies you can set for your shop: 

  • Temporary auto-replies: This option is for when you’ll be away from your shop for a set period of time. Auto-replies are sent in response to messages you receive over the duration of time you select, from an hour to a maximum of five days.

    If you need to set an auto-reply for longer than 5 days in a row, consider putting your shop on Vacation Mode.

  • Weekly auto-replies: This option lets you set up an auto-reply schedule that repeats every week. You can select the days and times you’re available through the week to respond to messages, and any messages you’re sent outside of that availability will receive an auto-reply in response.

    In order to set weekly auto-replies, your available hours must be at least 8 hours long on the days you choose, and you need to select at least 4 days a week."

You will have to contact Etsy about the issue.

You have one of the badges so you met the 5 items and $300.  You have the shipping icon.  No review or message icon.  That is odd since you should have the review icon.

Automatic response should not be the problem unless you used the automatic response for weekly where you have to be available at least 8 hours a day.   That could be the problem if it was on without a respite daily.

I use the 5-day auto-reply, but I set a reminder on my phone to reactivate auto-reply every 4 days.
