I lost my Star Seller Badge this month due to a glitch in the system. My return message status shows a blank even though I have gotten AND returned all my message. I have my shop set up for automatic responses. Could that be a problem? Is there anyone I can contact about this problem?
Are you using temporary auto reply or weekly auto reply?
If temporary auto reply are you resetting the autoreply every 5 days? If not then that may be the issue. Temporary auto-reply can only be set for max of 5 days.

You have one of the badges so you met the 5 items and $300. You have the shipping icon. No review or message icon. That is odd since you should have the review icon.
Automatic response should not be the problem unless you used the automatic response for weekly where you have to be available at least 8 hours a day. That could be the problem if it was on without a respite daily.
