Star Seller Badge Missing Due to Incorrect Tracking Data

Hi Etsy Community and Support,

I recently received conflicting emails regarding my Star Seller status—one stating that I lost the badge in February and another confirming that I earned it. However, the badge is not displayed on my shop, despite my customer service metrics exceeding the Star Seller requirements.

After reviewing my stats, I found that the system lists 33 orders as missing tracking information, but 30 of these orders (those over €10) actually have tracking numbers properly entered in the order details. I have personally checked each one and can provide evidence (screenshots/photos) if needed.

It seems there is an issue with how tracking data is being recorded, and this is preventing my shop from receiving the badge. Could this be reviewed and corrected as soon as possible? If this is a known issue, is there a way to have my Star Seller status updated accordingly?

I would really appreciate any guidance on resolving this matter quickly.

I had that problem last month with star seller, and one of my orders was missing tracking information when I downloaded the CSV file. I contacted live chat, they opened a ticket, and reinstated my star seller a couple of weeks later.
