Can't create new shipping profile or duplicate shipping profiles- it gives errors for either

@SmallWonderGifts Does the error say anything? I created a new shipping profile and it worked for me.

@SmallWonderGifts One of your items ships from Carroll, IA and another ships from Bristol, PA. Is this a POD shop?
