Star Seller Badge Issue

Hi There , 
                  I'm seller on Etsy . I Have good records with 100% Messaging response & Reviews But Still My Ship on time rate is 89% , Although my every order has a valid tracking & processed on time . I am very concerned about this issue , I want my star seller Badge to be active . Please suggest what to do ?

Many of your items ship from Sacramento, which is not where you are located. Are you sure whoever is doing your shipping is really shipping on time?

I Just Updated My Location & I personally shipped my orders . All my orders shipped on time

You don't have any badges, which suggests you haven't met the order minimum.  You need to reach that before any badges are awarded. 

And, BTW, calling things 'vintage' when they are not is an insult to those of us who sell genuine vintage.  Your items are neither vintage nor, it would appear, handmade.

This^^^^^^^^^ That vintage bankers lamp is ON a lot of other sites, clearly it's NOT vintage. 
Same with the hummingbird feeders, they are on lots of other sites, same exact pictures selling for a lot less and this seller has "made by" them. 

I seriously doubt the OP made all those lamps, the digital clock, hummingbird feeders or the shelves.

By stating "made by" @Vintagevirall  this means YOU made those items.

Also saying Tiffany style can get you in a lot of trouble because of using the "Tiffany" name to sell other brands of lamps you have as "made by" that I doubt you made.

You said you updated your location but if so why is your location still showing in TX but items ship from CA???????

Maybe whomever is shipping these items from CA that aren't allowed for sale here is shipping late since it doesn't seem you are shipping anything from TX.

@Vintagevirall: Have you checked the applicable CSV file on your Star Seller page to confirm which order(s) Etsy thinks was shipped late and / or without verifiable tracking? In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. Remember that Star Seller dates / times are in UTC not your time zone.

You might be better off selling on sites like E-bay because you're not allowed to resell on Etsy. You're not vintage, and nothing is handmade by you. And this whole thing about shipping from CA and you being in Texas smells a little fishy to me.
