Star Sellar Message response stats

Hey

I'm hoping the more experienced will have an answer for this. I have downloaded my message responses so that I can keep a close eye that I am responding within the stats required for Star Sellar badge. The month has just calculated for Star Sellar but when I download my messages, all the messages since the 27th August have not been taken into account. These are brand new queries and all answered within 24 hours. Because of it, I have missed out on Star Sellar this month. Does anyone have any answers? and if its a glitch, who do I contact?

@IkigaiPrintmaking: When you look at the file remember that dates / times are in UTC (not your time zone), only the first message of a new incoming thread is included (all that counts for Star Seller), and usually a new incoming thread is not included until after the 24 hour reply window has passed regardless of when you replied. Keep in mind that the Star Seller metric is NOT all new messages but only the first message of all new incoming threads.

Thanks. The SSB download for messages has not included all new messages since 27th Aug. I wondered if its a bug others have noticed.
